BEWARE OF BLINDING MIRACLES

Part Two

John 9:39 And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.

John 6:26 Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled.

In the time of Christ the people said to be believers of Jehovah but their hearts and minds were definitely occupied with worry(the idol made of time pockets). When their minds and hearts were to be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit so that in all they said or did they carry themselves in such a way that was honoring and dignifying to their Maker, their hearts and minds were always occupied with what pertain to the survival and comfort of their flesh.

Jesus had to repeatedly tell them not to worry about what to eat, drink or wear. All these things would automatically be placed at their feet once they walked in the path of charity and love and sought for ways to enrich and bring comfort to their neighbor with everything they said and did.

Jesus wanted the character of God and the meditation on His Grand design and the balance of nature and the universe to be the joy and strength that motivated us to act, work, play, do our chores and our duties. Jesus wanted us to know that no matter what we were engaged in doing we could be rejoicing in our Maker because all that has to do with caring, renewing, restoring, refreshing, improving, amending, correcting, instructing, admonishing, encouraging and teaching speaks clearly of Him and reveals to us His multi-faceted goodness.

In the executing of miracles God seeks to promote His authority over all flesh, places and circumstances. God is telling that He who is running our daily lives to show to us His faithfulness and constancy of care, from time to time, can arrange for things to happen that are out of the ordinary.

These out of the ordinary occurrences are simple reminders that we can trust His character to be true and wholesome for our souls every day because He that does what to us appears to be miraculous is the same One that causes the sun to rise and greet us every morning.

We get so use to our daily routines, we assume creation to be automatically running itself. we even convince ourselves that we are the ones doing the daily tasks we get to accomplish in our bodies made of flesh. Just because I can get light by turning on a switch. Doesn’t mean I did the light. I just enjoyed what was put there for my comfort. And just because my brain sends neuron signals to put my body into motion doesn’t mean I did the motion. I am just enjoying the way God assembled me to function in His earth.

God delights in answering the prayers of the actions that makes us function in the flesh or in our spirit. Every electric signal that our brain sends through the nervous system to get our bodies to move a certain way is a prayer that God gets to answer. We just know how to ask but God is the One that knows how it all works and He alone makes it work. If our hearts wants to feel a certain way or if our minds want to ponder or meditate on something. We just ask for it to happen but it is God who knows how the word gets to feed our hearts and minds. God is answering the requests of our brain for our bodies to move and He is answering the requests of our souls for our hearts to feel and for our minds to think. God is answering well over a 1,000,000 requests PER DAY for each one of us. And some of us dare to complain that God doesn’t answer prayer. How blind can you be!!!

What do we have that He has not given us. And what can we execute and accomplish that He hasn’t empowers to do. It is the Word that gives you the ability, capacity and talent to get wealth. So if your heart is wealthy in the knowledge and love of God or is wealthy in the wantonness and lust of Satan is the Lord that has given you the capacity and ability to amass the fortune of words that your heart and mind chose to possess to reveal in whose spirit you are residing.
