“Where your treasure is there will your heart be also” Mathew 6:21

What do nations honor above all so that they are willing to go to war and sacrifice their young people? Answer: The words of their constitution, code of ethics or religious beliefs.

What makes it possible for you to legally be the owner of any object(house, cars, appliances, etc)? Answer: The words in the bill of sale, the receipts, the title deeds, pink slips, etc.

What allows any expert to be able to make, fix or improve the different gadgets that we now have available? Answer: The words found in their manuals.

What makes it possible for us to communicate our ideas or sentiments with one another? Answer: The words by which we carry a conversation.

How is it that our marriage and our sons and daughters are recognized and honored by all? Answer: By the words in the marriage certificate and birth certificates.

Words are needed by the soul as much as air is needed by the body. We think with words, we talk with words, we believe in words, we communicate our emotional state with words.

Words therefore are what bring life or death to the soul. The words of the Bible understood in the light of Christ and His abilities bring life to the soul. The words of the Bible understood in the light of myself or any creature and its abilities bring death to the soul.

Words are like money and books are like banks. Therefore the books into which you deposit your words will determine what your interest in life will be.
